How to Tag a therapy visit in MobileWyse:
1. Open the patient’s record in MobileWyse.
2. Click on “485” tab on the left of the screen.
3. Click on “Visit Frequency Orders (VFO)”
4. Click on “Appts”
5. Double click on the visit you would like to add a tag for a therapy reassessment visit or click once then click “Edit.”
6. Click on the “Therapy Asssessment” box and then click “OK”
7. The visit will now have a “Requested: Therapy Assessment” tag attached to it. The Therapy Assessment tag will show up on the CSC’s daily report and can also be viewed in MobileWyse and OfficeWyse.
Please note - Visit notes are thinned and you cannot see count that spans a previous cert period. If you question the tagging, don't ignore it. Check with Patty Chace or Laurie Allore.
