Home Health Therapy Reassessment 2013
Reassessment:
1. The 30 Day count for reassessment starts the day after the
assessment/reassessment was completed for that discipline.
2. If the initial assessment was completed on January 1st, the 30 Day
reassessment is due by February 1st.
3. Each discipline has a different clock dependent on the date of their assessment
or the latest reassessment.
