COVID-19 Vaccine Training & Education
This is the COVID-19 Vaccine Training and Education required by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The first three trainings were created by the CDC and are the COVID-19 Vaccine Training Modules on the CDC website. After completing the training modules you will be able to obtain nursing contact hours through the CDC. Directions for obtaining the nursing contact hours are on the website.

After completing the three training modules please read the remaining documents and complete the online test. Thank you.
