NOTE: If during testing the meter displays an error message, refer to the Error Messages section of the User Manual for an explanation and steps on how to proceed.
Some common errors:
Error 000: Time exceeded. You did not apply blood to the test strip within 180
seconds.
Error 3: The test strip has expired.
Error 4: Test strip unusable.
Error 5: Error applying blood to the test strip.
Error 6: Test strip interference. The test strip was touched or removed during the
test.
Error 7: Measurement error caused by the blood sample. An error 7 message can
occur if the INR results are either below 0.8 or above 8.0.
