As we continue our technology integration with the Wellforce family, our next step is to begin using TigerConnect (TigerText) a secure messaging app. This is available on both HHF issued mobile devices and the desktop application. There is now an icon on your desktop for TigerConnect, and you will be able to log in to this once you receive your TigerConnect login email. You do not need to create a new account, as we will be utilizing the single sign on feature for this, which means that the email address and password that you use daily to log in to your computer or email will be what you use for TigerConnect. Please complete the following steps:
1. Please click on the TigerConnect Policy and read the policy.
2. Please view the videos for Mobile Training if you are using a mobile device.
3. Please view the videos for Web Messenger if you are using a desktop.
4. Once you have watched the videos, please sign the online attestation embedded below.
5. Please send a TigerConnect message to Karen Watson with the word "Test" in body of the
message in order to pass the TigerConnect competency. Thank you.
